This is a spectacular marriage of cabernets with a subtle splash of Pinot. There are Cabernet Sauvignons from Sonoma Mountain and the Napa Valley. The Cabernet Franc adds a note of black pepper while the Pinot smoothes out the finish. |

Another fantastic blend, now with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. This blend uses the smoothness of Merlot to build its smooth texture. In addition, the Cabernet is from Hopland and consisted of only free run juice. The combination of Merlot and free run give this wine its fantastic texture. The aroma is perfect with the unique blend of fruits and oak. The cabernet franc offers its peppery foxy notes while the cabernet sauvignon and merlot add the subtle notes of black berry and dark cherry. The finest French Oak adds a subtle hint of vanilla and toffee. Bronze Medal Winner. |

We were lucky to find this vineyard from Gary Mangles in Suisun Valley, California. Tucked away near the mountains, the warm days and cool nights helped this expressive Merlot develop its sophisticated tannins giving it a great mouth feel for Merlot. Don’t let the movie Sideways distract you from tasting this Merlot. It is a great red wine. Yes, we’re tasting Merlot. There is a great balance of black cherry, raspberry, violets and toasted bread. This is all balanced with hints of vanilla and chocolate. |

Ruby Cherry is a port style wine that was made in the traditional style of ports. Fermented on whole cherries and then stopped during the middle of fermentation to preserve sweetness. Next it was fortified with our special secret brandy. Ruby Cherry is also aged on oak and you should easily notice the vanilla, coffee, and spices in this new and creative style of dessert wine.
