Cabernet Sauvignon, 2003, 750 ml, Lodi

Made from grapes grown in Lodi California. Peppery black currant aromas mingle with berry and vanilla fragrances in this plush Cabernet Sauvignon.

Pinot Noir, 2003, 750 ml, North Coast

This Pinot Noir came from grapes grown on the North Coast of California and provides a blend of blackberry and raspberry with an underlying hazelnut fragrance. A wonderful light and fruity wine.

Pinot Noir, 2004, 750 ml, Los Carneros

Our 2004 Pinot Noir Los Carneros was made from the UCDavis Clone. This Pinot Noir has a deep brick red color. The wine was aged in medium toast oak for one year. This Pinot Noir carries the oak very well and is an excellent compliment to the black berry and currant aroma. Subtle notes of cinnamon and spice add to the complexity.

Pinot Noir, 2005, 750 ml, Los Carneros

From Los Carneros this Pinot is our most sophisticated with its well-developed fruit aroma blended with earthy notes of mushrooms and spice. Truly made in the French Style.

Meritage, 2005, 750ml, Los Carneros

This is a spectacular marriage of cabernets with a subtle splash of Pinot. There are Cabernet Sauvignons from Sonoma Mountain and the Napa Valley. The Cabernet Franc adds a note of black pepper while the Pinot smoothes out the finish.

Zinfandel, 2005, 750ml, Russian River Valley

A fruity Zin of strawberry, raspberry and blackberry flavors with spicy oak for a fabulous silky smooth finish.

Chardonnay, 2004, 750 ml, Suisun Valley

A very smooth silky finish with this Chardonnay. Made in the traditional California style. The wine has gone through malalactic fermentation and has a toasted aroma. You may sense lemon and citrus that is well balanced with the toast. Enjoy this wine with chicken finish. Made from grapes grown in the Suisun Valley of California.

Faux Chablis, 2004, 750 ml, Los Carneros

This medium body Chardonnay has a great citrus and creamy lemon aroma and a crisp clean finish. The bouquet was created by aging the wine on lees and using sur lies and batonage techniques that are used in Chablis, France. This requires that the wine be delicately stirred once or twice weekly for a year. Malo Lactic fermentation was prevented to influence the crispness to this wine. It is made from grapes grown in the Los Carneros area of California.

Sauvignon Blanc, 2004, 750 ml, Columbia Gorge

Made from grapes from Columbia Gorge. Bursting with floral, citrus and tropical fruit, this wine has an excellent aroma and a dry finish.

Pinot Grigio, 2005, 750 ml, Williamette Valley

This wine has vibrant fresh fruit. Hints of grapefruit, lemon, pear and subtle floral notes.

Toasted Chardonnay, 2005, 750 ml, Lodi

Another Chardonnay version made in a different style. This is a crispy chardonnay with lots of pineapple, green apple and lemon but enhanced with the toasted oak.

Chardonnay, 2005, 750 ml, Sangiacomo Vineyards

Made in the traditional California chardonnay style you will sense a soft and silky finish. The bouquet is a blend of fruit and new oak barrel for a bolder finish. The new oak blends with lemon and citrus with a soft finish to give this wine its unique taste.

Faux Chablis, 2005, 750 ml

This is our cleanest and crispiest Chardonnay. This Chardonnay is bursting with lemon, Green Apple and floral notes.

Sunset Blush, 2004, 750 ml, California

This beautiful blush wine has a color that is reminiscent of a wonderful Door County sunset. More important, it has a light fruity taste and is a wonderful wine to be enjoyed in the afternoon. This wine, a White Zinfandel with a touch of Gewürztraminer, provides a refreshing surge of rosy floral aromas and fruity flavoring reminiscent of peaches and apricots. Made from grapes grown in California.

Captain Nick's Port, 2004, 750 ml

Captain Nick's Port is named after Captain Nick Wagener who was the youngest captain on the Great Lakes for his time. Captain Nick of Door County enjoyed a swig of port for warmth after a cold, wet, and windy day of sailing on the Great Lakes. Our award winning style of making port wines provides a smooth and silky finish. The aroma and bouquet enhance the finish with notes of caramel, coffee, and vanilla with a subtle hint of spice.
