Shipping Policy

Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that they are at least 21 years old.

Orders are shipped via Federal Express. All orders placed after 9:00 a.m. Central Time are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping charges are based on weight and destination fees for Federal Express, plus $6.75 handling charge per order. The shipping charges shown on the web site are estimates and the actual charges may vary slightly due to weight differences in bottles and shipping material.

If you would like to have your order sent via 2-day delivery, please call 1-920-743-7729 during our business hours. Orders shipped via 2nd Day Air are delivered on business days only, Monday through Friday.

Due to the restrictions of many State Laws, we only ship to those States where direct shipment is permitted by Law.  We can ship all other non-wine retail merchandise within the United States.  We are currently unable to ship outside of the United States. In addition, some States impose limitations on the amount of wine a particular adult State resident may receive by direct shipment.  We recommend use of a business address (if appropriate) to facilitate delivery of your purchase.  No wine will be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person and any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced.  In such circumstances, the order may either be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or shipped back to the Winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.

We can guarantee shipment to: California, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Washington DC, West Virginia.

The laws regarding the direct shipment of wine are constantly changing. We will expand our shipping area when state laws permit. However, if there is a high demand for shipments to a particular state that is not currently guaranteed delivery, we may be able accomodate that demand if that state's laws and requirements can be reasonably met.

These laws do not affect shipping of non-wine products. We will gladly ship orders not containing wine to the destination of your choice.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
